By submitting this registration you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions between you (hereafter known as �the Client�) and James O�Brien T/A The Rehearsal Room.

1. In order to make a booking with The Rehearsal Room, the Client must have opened an account and have that account in credit equal to the minimum of the cost of one evenings booking.
   
2. In the event of a booking being cancelled by the Client, a minimum of forty eight (48) hours notice is required, otherwise the Client shall forfeit the full cost of the rehearsal being cancelled and such cost shall be deducted from the Clients account.
   
3. The Client shall be responsible for the behaviour and any damage caused to the structure of the building, the fittings and the equipment provided, by the members of the band and/or any guests that may accompany them.
   
4. Food, beverages and any liquid may not be brought into the studios but consumed in the areas provided.
   
5. In the event of damage occurring to the structure of the building, it�s fittings and/or the equipment provided, by liquids or food stuff, the Client shall be liable to the cost of repair and/or replacement of such equipment, fittings or structure.
   
6. It is the responsibility of the Client to make their guests and other members of the band, aware of these terms and conditions.
   
7. The Client shall warrant The Rehearsal Room that all equipment and/or cables used by the Client in conjunction with the equipment provided shall be in good working order including, but not limited to, being correctly earthed and free of short circuits.
   
8. The Rehearsal Room will not be liable for equipment stolen or lost.
